The Learning Zone

The Learning Zone starts on September 5th running every Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:30pm except for Sept 19th for a teacher’s workday.

Gear Up Bike Shop

The Bike shop is planning two offsite mountain bike trips in the month of October. Check back for updates here!

English Classes (English as a Second Language)

Mondays 10:00am to 12:00pm, Neighborhood Care Center is offering English as a Second Language (ESL) free classes for beginning adults.

Do you have children ages 3-4 years old? Starting in December on Mondays and Wednesdays, bring them to our Little Tree of Knowledge Learning Zone class that runs from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

Spanish Translation Services

Beginning September 29th, Spanish translation services or bilingual phone calls are available every Saturday from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

Little Tree of Knowledge

Beginning in December on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm, this learning program is for children 3 – 4 years of age the purpose is to provide basic recognition of letters, colors, numbers and basic skills.

Música Guitar Classes

Beginning November 5th from 4:30 to 6:30pm, Guitars are not required, however, willingness to learn and have fun is!

Activity for Students

For students who are off school on November 12 due to teacher workshops, we will be making pillows at the NCC.

Women’s Bible Study

“Armor of God” by Priscilla Shirer. Mondays 10:30am to 12pm, September 24 – November 12 (no class on October 8).

Book Reading

“When Christmas Hurts: Devotions of Hope” by Patty Wasylyna. Saturday, November 3 from 10am to 12pm.
